Yurts & Ulak Tartish
This is an ideal day trip to see life around the Kyrgyz yurts and pastures. Every Sunday you may witness the famous "Ulak Tartish" Kyrgyz horse riding game.

The valley is actually called "57 kilometer" because it is 57km away from Osh.
In this valley you will find many Kyrgyz families living in Yurts during the summer months. The green pastures are ideal for the herds of sheep, cows and horses enjoying their mountain paradise. Here you can witness traditional yurt life all along the valley.
Every Sunday you'll have the chance to see the traditional horse game “Ulak Tartish”. You may even get the opportunity to do some horseback riding yourself!

Requirements:
Bring sunscreen, as well as a sun hat. When the river is high, a 1.5 hour walk is needed in order to see the most interesting places.
